FINALLY! Goodreads and Reading List library imports are now 100% functional, after discovering a tiny bug that happened to disable this feature on real devices while feigning perfection on the simulator *facepalm*. My apologies to those who haven't yet been able to import their libraries, but with this update, import away!

[FIXED] Improved Goodreads and Reading List import performance and reliability! Note: Books without ISBNs will have blank book covers upon import, but you can always manually add one.
