There was a bug caused by a recent OS update which could cause various bugs such as screens popping automatically on iPad and Mac -- this update squashes that bug entirely. Big thanks to Mustafa for helping resolve this issue live from the Deep Dish Swift conference. Bonus improvement: accent colors are now used throughout the Mac app.

I've got a big new update in the works, but this one is a small bug fix update for an issue which could affect some Chase cardholders using the auto-add feature when they've done a product change in the last 90 days. I know, that's very specific, but I *hate* bugs and want to squash all of them for y'all.

To help everyone get the most out of CardPointers, I've added tip cards to the top of the For You screen so you can discover some of the more advanced features. You can close them one-by-one, or long-tap on that section and hide all of them at once if you're already a Pro.

This update also includes a number of bug fixes:

* Pro users can now favorite offers (just tap the Star icon, or swipe right from the Offers list), filter offers by just your favorites, and customize the For You screen to only show expiring offers which are favorites.

* All-new filtering system for offers which automatically saves your last choices, and you can now sort by newest offers.

* Huge update to the Safari Extension which comes with the app, you can now see ALL of your added offers right on the web, jump right to those sites where you have offers, and of course the new favoriting system has been integrated into this new feature, too.

* If you have any Amex or Chase cards, you'll *definitely* want to use the extension, as it can auto-add all of your offers for you automatically when you log in on those sites without any work (and most importantly, without putting your accounts at risk as no bank logins are used at all). There's also a new feature when using the Offers Modal, just tap on "All Cards" and you can see all of the offers you have available across all of your cards, and add just the ones you want, while also enabling you to add offers across all eligible cards at once.

* The extension also adds a few new customization options: auto-hide Shopping Pointers after a period of time, long-tap the X button to close it immediately, badge the icon when you have offers on a site, and more -- tweak to your heart's delight.

* For Pro users, a new option to only show upcoming card renewals when they have annual fees in the For You screen.

* Share any of your added offers with your friends via the "..." button in the Offer Details screen.

* The Find All Cards shortcut now includes the list of Features to enable you to build even more powerful shortcuts (h/t Colin).

This update fixes an issue which has affected a small amount of users which would cause a user's cards, offers, and pointers to appear to be duplicated. If you're still seeing any duplication in the app, please sign out, log back in with this update, and everything should work as expected now. Really sorry for the trouble with this one, it was a really hard bug to track down.

CardPointers 3 is the biggest update yet, and helps you save even more money in several new ways:

* Location Reminders allow you to save the location of your favorite stores, then the app will automatically notify you when you're next there, with the details of your best card.
* Smart Lists can be set up to notify you as soon as new offers become available on Amex, Chase, Citi, and Bank of America, so that you can add it to your card before anyone else.
* Safari Extension can be activated and then notify you on every e-commerce site which of your cards you should use, and also lets you know about any credits or offers you have available.
* The Safari Extension has another superpower -- activate it on the Chase or American Express website, and you can activate every offer available with just one tap, and sync them to your CardPointers account, where they'll be incorporated throughout the app (including the shopping part of the Safari Extension!)

Additionally, the app has now been expanded beyond the United States, and supports every country in the world. Many banks and cards have already been added to other countries, and even more will be added in the future. And if the app doesn't yet have one of your cards, you can now add it directly in the app yourself and fully customize it.

If English isn't your primary language, you're covered there, too -- CardPointers has learned French, Spanish, and German this year, with more languages planned later this year.
