Bug fix
The application in some countries (e.g. the Netherlands) could not load data from OpenMeteo correctly. This was very annoying as it affected premium mode users. In cooperation with one user I have removed the error.

In Premium mode, the application has started using data from OpenMeteo, which has many advantages over other sources.
- Forecast with a resolution of 1 to 3 km
- Cloud forecast at 19 different altitudes
These features bring a significant improvement in index accuracy to Premium Mode subscribers.

Fixed bug in NOAA data loading.
