This is a great update if you own an Apple Vision Pro! Enter Immersive Cooking from the recipe view, in this mode you can quickly see ingredient, instructions, and timers by just looking at your hands.

We also added support for opening timers in separate windows, making it possible to place them around your kitchen. Before the time runs out, it will call for your attention by gaining a vibrant background color.

This update also fixes a lot of minor bugs on all the other platforms.

Here's a brand new update for you favorite recipe organizer! This is what's new:

- The recipe view has received a new design, making your recipes look as beautiful as ever!
- "Save recipe" button is now in toolbar in all platforms except tvOS.
- Toolbar buttons have been moved from a toolbar title menu to a regular menu on compact screens
- We decided to remove the "Start Cooking" button. When you interact with a recipe it will automatically be marked as cooking until we think you're done. You can mark it as done below the instructions.

This update contains a lot of changes, might be worth to take a seat before reading the changelog :)

- Recipe images can now be generated by AI. Recipes without an image offer a `Create` button. When editing a recipe you can also request a new image.
- The Hashtag key is now shown in the bottom right when editing a recipe description, making it easier to use hashtags.
- Improves image import in multiple languages.
- Ambre will no longer close when the final window is closed on macOS.
- Meal planned recipes will no longer be indexed by spotlight, fixing issue where recipes would be shown multiple times whean searching in spotlight. Only recipes saved to your collection will be available via spotlight.
- Adds a sticky message if the user isn't signed in to iCloud, informing that recipes won't be synced.
- Fixes collaboration support for recipes. Due to ShareLink not working in Menus we had to move the Collaboration button out of the menu. It's now right next to Share in the top right corner in recipe view.

- Timer detection
Timers in recipes are now automatically detected and a button is shown to quickly set the timer. Timers are available in app, dynamic island, live activity and widgets. This happens with on device intelligence and works offline. Timers are detected in English, Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic, German, Italian and Portuguese.

- Interactive widgets
Jump between instructions and start your timers with a single tap straight from the Dynamic Island, Live Activity and Widgets on both your Home and Lock Screen. And if you put it in StandBy mode you get a full screen experience!

- Cooking recipes
Recipes which are currently cooking are pinned for easier access.

- WatchOS 10 redesign
The watchOS app has been completely redesigned to better utilize everything that the new WatchOS 10 design brings.

- Handoff support
Open the same recipe on your other device where handoff is supported.

- Improved web/url import
We were already proud of presenting one of the best, if not THE best, import functionality. Now it’s even better!

- New Subscribe view
To ensure an even smoother subscription flow we’re now using the brand new SubscriptionStoreView.

This updates tries to fix a crash reported by some of our users. Unfortunately we can't reproduce the crash, but we have our guesses why it happens. Starting now we show an error view if this problem occurs, instead of just crashing.

Fixes a bug that could make the app crash when opening the App Clip

- Toggle between sorting recipes by name or by being updated, both ascending and descending options available.
- Reset your progress in a recipe with the brand new Reset Button. You can find it in the toolbar for each recipe.

Unit Conversion - Got a recipe that's using weird metric measurements? We got you covered. Starting today Kookin converts between Metric / Imperial for you.
Updated symbols - Ingredients are now represented as a carrot and the button for editing a recipe better match editing in apps provided by Apple.

- Filters are coming to iPhone! While redesigning the filters on iPad and Mac, we found a way to add them to iPhone too. Use both difficulty AND duration filters at the same time. Combine with tags and search to make them even more powerful!
- Improved share extension. Get a recipe preview before saving to My Recipes when using the share extension in Safari.
- Improved "Create Recipe form". Textfields now automatically change their height based on text length, and the Quick Facts section has gotten a cleaner look.
- Search field is now working again in the Tags tab bar.
