Fixes screen orientation problems with iOS 16

EASY MODE!!!

The biggest complaint about Loot Raider is always that it's too hard.

Problem Solved.

This version adds an Easy Mode switch to Settings. In Easy Mode, each level has one less sentry, and the sentries all move at half speed.

Now with game controller support!

Fixes bug that deducted multiple lives when player contacted multiple sentries simultaneously.
