There are new settings that allow you to hide the date text and progress gauge in the main interface, and you can now toggle the flip sound and haptic effect independently. Additionally, the sound and haptic effects are now paused when the Settings sheet is presented.

The old fashioned clock app icon now has the six colors background.

The analog watch widget has been updated – it now displays the date in a separate window making it much easier to read at a glance. Also, the 24-hour value is now provided in one of the smaller inset faces, providing information on the current AM/PM.
