Workout Programs lets you combine multiple Workout Plans into one. You can repeat a Workout Plan as many times as you want in a program, and you can also adjust how much rest you take between each Workout Plan.

• Redesigned watchOS app
Timed app for watchOS has been completely revamped. View your saved Workout Programs and Workout Plans effortlessly, or even start them. Within the workout view, essential details like interval names, timer, calories, and heart rate are elegantly presented.

• Independent workouts from watchOS app
Leave your iPhone behind with independent workouts from Apple Watch and sync all your Workout Programs and Workout Plans from iPhone with iCloud Sync.

• Workout Schedule
Auto Select Workout Program or Plan based on your schedule, get recommendations based on Workout Schedule in widget on iOS and in Smart Stack on watchOS and get recommendations based on Workout Schedule in watchOS app.

• Added ability to customize notification reminders based on weekday.
• Removed support for “Before Beginning” and “At End” workouts. Please update your flow with Workout Programs.
