Adds 3 new symbol sets - you can now use symbols instead of simply letters

Some browsers add .XML to the end of filenames when downloaded, and it is not possible to stop that on an iPad, because it does not show the real extension by default in the Files app.
This build will now detect files that have downloaded with the extension .OXS.XML, as well as the correct .OXS

Build 199.26 changes the way that two finger pinching operates
It changes the way that an imported picture size is detected.
If an onionskin image is in use, it will display a grayscale version of it in the navigator in areas that have no stitches.

Fixes:
Backstitch of zero length can longer be created by accidental taps.
Charts containing zero length backstitches will have these stripped when they are opened.
The list of PDF files was the wrong height.
Some half stitches had symbols in the wrong position when exported to a PDF file

Fix for flipping a selection when backstitch exists (selection was becoming too large)

New: the ability to use an Onion Skin image which is embedded inside an OXS file coming from MacStitch or WinStitch.
Also amends the way vertical and horizontal simple backstitch lines are drawn.
Previously, these would appear at some point to the left or above the pen.
Now they snap to the closest vertical or horizontal line, (which may be below or to the right of the pointer)
Fixes bug with incorrect size when importing.
Imported image is kept at full resolution to assist tracing of gridded scanned charts (onion skin)
- was previously reduced to (chartsize * 4) pixels to save memory

Rearranged the files section because PDF export was being hidden after iOS16
Added the ability to draw quarter stitches.
Fixed an error that could occur if the maximum chart size was reached.
Added the ability to set both width and height of new blank charts. (Imported images take on the shape of the image)
Added the ability to remove long backstitches by clicking anywhere on the length while using cloth/erase color

Changed layout of files screen, as some users reported being unable to access the 'export to PDF' button.

Partial stitches now draw as triangles in 'stitched view' mode

Added 'Move' to the selection menu, so that you can select an area, and immediately start dragging it, rather than having to copy, erase, paste and move.
Other minor tweaks

Added the ability to use an image under the grid as underlay/onion skin, for tracing purposes.
You can now copy from one chart and paste into another while retaining the colors - colors will be added until the palette is full - after that, colors will be mapped to existing palette entries.
Added Coates Puppets threads definitions.
Added ability to change the 'default threads used for importing' on the settings page.
Added error checking around image use.. (very large pictures could crash the app if memory runs out.
Images are stored in a compressed form ,but when opened they use lots of memory)
Increased the number of colors allowable for importing an image, from 50 to 70
Because that could make a chart with more colors than you wish, we have also added
a new 'Remove least used color' option which allows for color reduction after import. (On Chart options menu item)
