Looked under the hood and gave the engine some polish, resulting in some little quality of life improvements and bug fixes.

- Fixed bugs that could occur on first app launch that would prevent the now playing bar from being visible.
- Changed Smart Mix filters that use a "contains" filter to be case insensitive

Added context menus in addition to swipe menus, and allow jumping to Artist or Album. Also now able to copy mixes into Playlists!

Added sorting filters for mixes and playlists, and for the items inside them! There is also initial basic support for audiobooks and podcasts that you have synced from your computer, or that show up and are downloaded in Books/Podcasts respectively.

Added index navigation to the side of lists and made some changes to the Mixes views, combining smart and regular mixes. There are new options under Settings > Appearance to manage these new UI components!
