Minor bugfixes.

- Tap and hold a pairing to add it to your shopping list in Reminders app
- Added hundreds of new food combos including fresh lavendar leaves, cooked soba noodles and canned plum!

- Added hundreds of new food combos including pawpaw and boiled potato!
- Changed the font colour of deselected filters to make it clearer that it has been deselected
- Fixed bug to remove duplicate food matches

Food combo suggestions are now links to their own page of food combos.
