We've added tags! Starting today, Marathon+ subscribers can organize their reviews and lists using custom tags.

We also did some tidying up around the app, including a major Explore refresh, a new History page, bug fixes, and performance improvements.

We've rewritten our review editor from the bottom-up to help make your reviews bigger and bolder!

– Mention members to include them in the conversation
– Add links to include a funny tweet or video
– Quickly add emojis with our new emoji picker

We're dropping three big new features today:

1. We updated the overall app design to elevate search, notifications, and settings to be globally present
2. Our filter menu has been streamlined, expanded, _and_ will remember your selections the next time you open the app
3. You can now filter shows based on your progress: Not started, In progress, Caught up, or Finished

We also made a ton of smaller improvements and bug fixes to make your experience better!

This version contains some small bug fixes and improvements to our new Trakt import feature!

Our most requested feature has just landed: you can now import your existing data from Trakt! Imports are still in beta as we test further, so please forward us any issues you run into (and request more apps you want to see!)

Some other highlights:
– Comments of spoilery reviews are now hidden with the review
– The new activity indicator on the feed now updates as expected

Our onboarding flow has now been fixed for new members!

— You can now like your friends' comments! Just tap on the heart icon to show your appreciation.
— Notifications will now automagically mark themselves as read when you open the app. We also took out our broom and cleaned up the notifications screen
— Never miss another comment again: you will now be notified if someone else has commented on the same review or list!

— Ready to call it quits on a series, but don't want to lose the progress you've made? You can now tap the new "Stop watching" option to hide it from your Watching view.
— In addition to stopped series, you can now filter your Watching view to only series you haven't started yet.
— Ever wanted to remove your avatar? Well, today's your lucky day! Just tap the X on the image when you edit your profile.
— A bunch of small improvements: a clear button in search, fixed season ordering, and a redesigned sign-in screen.

Back in March, we unveiled Marathon's new branding. This update brings the app in line with those changes, including some refreshed app icons!

What's New
- Our biggest new feature is a complete overhaul to sharing, including sharing series and reviews to Instagram Stories!
- You can now browse seasons and episodes separately using our newly designed tabs.
- Customize the app to your liking with Appearance settings, including what screen to launch the app to.
- Filter the trending page to see series on services you subscribe to or genres you like!

Improvements
- New episodes in the Up Next screen are now labeled with a green New tag.
- You can now include web links in your reviews.
