Fixes a hang after a while interacting with the map.

We have added detailed information about climbs when you tap them on the map. 
You can also set a reminder for a stage start by long pressing the stage in the list and selecting this option from the context menu.

Adds a pull to refresh gesture to result lists
Adds a long tap gesture to stage buttons for quick access to start list and stage results

Fixes a crash when stage results are not complete
Fixes zooming on all stages when no stage is selected (why should that be disabled?!)
Fixes zooming on a stage and your location

New to the track and at home:
Tap on the start and see a list of all participating riders. Tap on the checkered flag after a stage and get a list of results! All data provided with the kind support of FirstCycling.com
