Do you often forget to start your first Focus Session in the morning? Make focusing a habit and get on track to a successful 2024 with Focus Smart Reminders!

Select the days of the week when you want to get some deep work done, and Focus will use on-device intelligence to send a reminder based on the time you typically start your focused work on a given day.

Notification actions will let you kick off your first Focus session directly, or snooze the reminder for 15 minutes or an hour.

Alternatively, you can set a scheduled Focus reminder that we'll send to you at a fixed time. You can customize this time and select the days of the week so that you will only be reminded when you need it.

- New Timer view with the option to enlarge the timer on iPad and open separate timer windows on the Mac

New Dashboard for Mac and iPad

The Focus Timer view now comes with a new and useful dashboard that offers a quick summary of essential information right next to your timer.
You can customize what you want to see in your dashboard:
- Upcoming tasks for the day
- Progress towards your daily goal
- Today's stats
- Calendar view displaying your sessions
- Inspirational quote

With this helpful tool, you can effortlessly keep an eye on your personal productivity throughout the day!

NEW: Add & Edit Focus Sessions

Manually add and edit Focus sessions in the Activity tab and keep better track of your productivity!

Starting with iOS 16 & macOS Ventura, here is what you can do in Focus:

Add additional Focus sessions: Did you forget to start the Focus timer at the beginning of the workday? No worries! You can now manually add a Focus session in Activity.

Edit logged Focus sessions: Do you want to set a different active task for a Focus session? Or edit the start or end time? You can now do this in the Session Timeline.

Delete Focus sessions: Did you start a session by accident? You can now delete Focus sessions so that your activity data more accurately reflects your productivity.
