Add Category information for images (IPTC Category)

Added the option to keep the filters after relaunch of the app.
To enable the option go to the Settings panel and enable the "Keep filters after relaunch" checkbox.

Retrieve metadata for audio files even when Spotlight index is disabled.

Fix the file size format option.

Load all info for photos using EXIF metadata. Previously for some info the app was using only Spotlight metadata, and if the Spotlight index was disabled could not load data.

Add the option to include preview thumbnails to the Excel file for more file types (pdf, video, application).

The file list now has a preview icon for images, videos, and pdfs.
Big icons are now the default (you can disable big icons on the preferences panel).

Improvements and bug fixes on the "Export files to folder" function:
The app will now export only selected (with checkbox) files.
Fixed a bug that caused the app to always organize exported files in folders (by kind, date, etc).
