UI Improvements

A few small improvements and fixes.

Some users were experiencing problems with staff lines not rendering correctly and this has been resolved.

Features
- The basic line fragment now has the ability to set line spacing!

Improvements
- Some fragments now have a small preview. This is to be used as a guide only to help when making small adjustments. Always check the PDF render before printing. I'm working on getting this feature added to other fragments too.

Bugs
- Thanks to the person who reported the missing Edit button on iPad. This version fixes that.

Finally, I am working hard on a macOS update, but running into some SwiftUI limitations that require a rewrite in a few areas. Please be patient.
