Brew Timer adds upgraded coffee library

Brew Timer is a coffee timer and all-around companion to the home barista.
The new Brew Timer 1.18 update comes with two features to make brewing a new coffee as easy as possible: coffee search and recipe summaries.
The new coffee search feature makes it easy to find a similar coffee in your coffee library. Each coffee can be searched by any of 12 fields, including Country, Roaster, and Process.
With a similar coffee in hand, you can pick a brew method and starting brew parameters based on your past brews. The new recipe summaries makes this simple: average ratio, most-used grind, and average temperature are highlighted right at the top. Of course, you can view the coffee’s full brew history if you need more detail.
Oh, and one more thing: many roasters choose specific colors for each coffee they release. Brew Timer now lets you match them. You can even use your phone’s camera to pick the colors — no need to fiddle with a color picker at all.
The update is available now and ready to download on iOS.
