Now you can have complete control over light and dark modes within the app. Go to Preferences (in the Settings tab) and choose your preferred interface style of: Always dark, Always light, or Change with system settings. There are also five different color palettes to choose from to personalize the app appearance. Major upgrades include the ability to add variable extra payments (varying amounts/frequency) to your loan calculations (*Requires Pro Features). Now you can easily see the results for a one-time extra payment, once-a-year extra payments, once-a-quarter extra payments or any amount or frequency that you want. Additionally, you can easily add a fixed amount extra payment amount for each month with ease (*Available in FREE Basic Features version). But wait, you can also add any type of extra payments to all three loan types (Basic, Mortgage and Vehicle loans). The input for Home Owners Association (HOA) fees (for Mortgage estimates) is now a yearly amount to match the yearly amounts for Home Owners Insurance and Property Taxes. Added additional details in the Loan Details screens reflecting paid and pending extra payments along with next payment due date. We continue to make improvements to provide you with the highest quality product.

New customer requested features have been added to include: The ability to hide the date fields (Payments Start and Payments End) in the Input screen (requires Pro Features) and the display of Total Remaining Balances after the last saved loan (which can also be turned off if desired from Settings).
