The color edition!

- From the "marker tip" button in any argument map's toolbar, you can now select a custom color for the map's background. From that button you can also change the default background color for argument maps that do not have a custom background color.
- This version also fixes a bug that prevented new maps from being created under certain conditions.
- The minimal supported operating system for app updates is now iOS / iPadOS 15.0.
