Big news: AirScrobble is now available on iPad! Enjoy all the features you love, like Auto Match and History, now on the bigger screen with a beautiful new design. You can also now sync your history with iCloud, so you can use your iPhone to discover new songs thorough the day and later on check them on the bigger screen on your iPad, to either scrobble them or add them to your Music library!

Here's everything that is new on AirScrobble 1.6.0:

- New iPad design that makes uses of the larger display to show your History alongside your latest discovery while also adapting for when it's being used alongside other apps in either Split View, Slide In or Stage Manager

- Keep up with all your discoveries on any device with iCloud Sync for History. Toggle it on in the History settings page, and every new match you get on your iPhone or iPad will be synced across all your devices.

- Use Keyboard Shortcuts to start matching and move around the app faster than ever on your iPad. Start a matching session, scrobble new discoveries, and view your current match on Apple Music or Last.fm with ease. To view all available shortcuts, press and hold the Command (⌘) key on your iPad keyboard.

- New Account page: your Last.fm account will feel right at home with the new Account page, which will display more information about your account and alongside your avatar, even if it's an animated image!

Hello, AirScrobblers! The latest update of AirScrobble introduces some useful features to help you match and scrobble more easily:

- Lock Screen Widget: Quickly start scrobbling with just one tap from your lock screen using the new Lock Screen Widget!

- A new setting lets you choose whether the shortcut will start Auto Match or just a regular match (one song at a time) when opened from Siri, App Intents, Quick Actions or the new Lock Screen widget. You can find this setting in the "Matching" settings page.

We're thrilled to announce the latest update for AirScrobble, version 1.5.0!

• Auto Match alerts: never miss a scrobble again! With the new alerts, the Auto Match Live Activity will actively alert you when new songs are scrobbled and matched, so you can keep up to date even while using other apps or even at a glance on your Apple Watch

• Notifications: For those who don't have Live Activities, 1.5.0 also brings banner notifications, so you can quickly stay up to date on what's playing and scrobbling. Notifications will automatically be enabled for users on iOS 16.0 or lower, while users with iOS 16.1 or later can toggle between Notifications and Live Activities in the "Matching" page inside the app settings

• View on Last.fm: You can now view your latest matches in Last.fm! Just tap the menu button when a new song is scrobbled or tap and hold an entry in history.

• View on Apple Music from history: Now it's also possible to see all your previous matches in Apple Music! Just tap and hold an entry in the history page and tap "View on Apple Music"

• Fixes an issue in which Auto Match was unavailable for users below iOS 16.1

We're excited to announce some great new features in the latest version of AirScrobble!

• We've added new subscription options for AirScrobble+! You can now choose between a monthly payment plan or a new lifetime single-time purchase to unlock all premium features, including Auto Match, full History, and more. Just tap the AirScrobble+ banner in settings for more information.

• We've also fixed a couple of pesky bugs that were affecting some users. AirScrobble+ should no longer disable playback on your AirPods or other Bluetooth speakers when listening to new matches, and the app should now always be listening for new matches when you have the recording button turned on.

- Batch scrobble or delete entries from the History page! Now it's easier than ever to manage your match history in bulk.

- We've also fixed a rare crash that could occur when attempting to start a new matching session.

This update includes a couple of improvements to make scrobbling easier than ever:

- When Auto Scrobble is on, you can now easily check the scrobbling status of your current match: a timer will be displayed, letting you know how long until your track is automatically scrobbled. In case there's a mismatch, you can easily cancel the currently scheduled scrobble as well, or just scrobble immediately if you're in a hurry
- Now Playing: everytime AirScrobble finds a new match, it will also set it as your Now Playing track in Last.fm! If you want to disable this, you can toggle it under "Matching" in the settings
- Shortcut updates: there's a new Now Playing shortcut, allowing you to set your Now Playing track through automations or simply by asking Siri. Check the "Shortcuts" page under settings for more information. Also, for the Scrobble shortcut, you can now optionally set the track's album title and set the provided song as the Now Playing track in your profile
- Fixes an issue in which AirScrobble+ features couldn't be accessed under a slow network connection
- Fixes an issue in the Shortcuts page inside settings
- Fixes an issue in which the Now Playing shortcut would present the wrong message at the final prompt

This version introduces Auto Add to Playlist! Under the new "Matching" option in the settings, you can now setup AirScrobble to automatically add any new discoveries to the app's playlist in your Music Library!

There's also a few bug fixes included in this release
- If Auto Match is interrupted by the system, a new alert will be displayed in the Live Activity banner or in the Dynamic Island
- Fixes an issue in which the paywall wouldn't close automatically when starting a free trial with Auto Match

This update includes on of your most request features: Auto Matching! So if you're using AirScrobble to scrobble a record or a playlist from the radio, you can just press and hold the record button to let AirScrobble to match songs continuously, so there's no more needed to start recording again after each track!

And if you're using iOS 16.1, you can also keep up with which song is currently being identified with Auto Match through the new Live Activity widgets, which beautifully matches it's style according to the current song's artwork, or through the Dynamic Island if you have a device compatible with it. And if you have Auto Scrobble on, all matches will automatically be scrobbled to your profile, and you can check their scrobbling status through the Live Activity as well!

We also included a new customization setting to Auto Scrobble, allowing you to add a delay before a newly matched song is scrobbled to your profile. There's also a new animated background effect when a song is identified inside the app, which will help make your new discoveries slicker than ever!

And for the power users, we also added a couple of shortcuts that allows you to scrobble a new song or add something new to your Loved Tracks list on your Last.fm profile! You can integrate both these actions into another shortcuts, so AirScrobble can help you scrobble from even more sources than before!

You can explore these new shortcuts in the Shortcuts app on your device or through the new Shortcuts option inside Settings

We also improved the album art blur for when a song is identified. When you find a new song with AirScrobble, everything should be more readable than before while also looking better than ever!
