Sleep Data Manager
Now, you can take full control of your sleep history with our new Sleep Manager. This feature allows you to edit past entries and add any missing nights, ensuring that every detail of your rest is captured accurately. Plus, we've improved how sleep stage data is managed—now, your sleep stage information is preserved and merged seamlessly when you make edits.

Bug Fixes and Enhancements
We've also implemented numerous bug fixes and made several enhancements across the app. These improvements are designed to boost stability and refine your interaction with Peaks, making your experience as smooth as possible.

We're introducing the much-requested Calendar Export feature and enhancing our insights engine. It's all about empowering your daily planning and preparing for an even smarter Peaks experience.

Calendar Export (Requires Peaks PRO)
Seamlessly integrate your grogginess, peaks, dips, and wind-down times into your daily calendar. Plan your activities when you're most energized and take breaks during natural dips—optimize every day to match your unique rhythm!

Insights Engine Overhaul
While you might not see the changes just yet, we’ve improved our insights engine to set the stage for a redesign. These behind-the-scenes enhancements ensure that Peaks will provide even more precise and personalized energy potential tracking in future updates.

Polishes and Prep
As always, we've made several tweaks and refinements throughout the app to smooth out your experience. We're polishing the core of Peaks to make everything you love about it even better.

We've given the rhythm chart a complete makeover and fine-tuned the rhythm calculation engine. Plus, we're introducing 3 new widgets to glance at your rhythm from anywhere.

Interactive Chart
Dive into your biorhythm with our new interactive chart. Zoom, drag, and explore. It’s all about making your rhythms shine and your routines pop!

Speedy Calculations
Our biorhythm engine is now twice as fast and smoother, thanks to a bit of magic and lots of coffee (Check our Instagram to see Clemens’s Coffee tutorial). Plus, with your rhythms now backed up securely on iCloud, we’re cooking up future features that’ll give you even more insights in your past rhythms.

New Widgets
Say hello to 3 new widgets alongside a fresh look for the existing ones. Whether it’s for your lock screen or your wrist, these widgets are all about keeping your rhythm just a glance away. Note: Unlocking the new widgets requires Peaks Pro, but the previous ones remain free for everyone.

Tweaks and Polishes
From swiping away knowledge sheets to improvements to the recovery score, we’ve buffed and polished various parts of the app for a smoother experience.

Revamped Bedtime Display: Understanding your sleep patterns just got easier! We've revamped the bedtime display feature. Now, not only will you see your sleep and wake-up goals, but you'll also be shown the typical time you fall asleep. This new addition aids in setting a more practical bedtime, aligned with your natural sleep rhythm. Keep in mind, adjusting to a new sleep schedule may take a few days as your body adapts to the changes.

We've updated Peaks to make things better for you.

You'll find your settings now in the Tab Bar - easy to reach and leaving more room for your rhythm on the 'Today' tab.

We also made things run smoother 'behind the scenes', especially your sleep goal. It's now calculated in a snappier way and should feel more spot-on for you. Plus, we squashed a bug that was messing up your rhythm when you travel between time zones.
